CARBON BLACK N-220
Mixture of various types, small or medium particle sizes, intermediate hardness. Moderate resistance to tension and tearing. Low heat development. Our N220 combines the properties desired and obtained in mixtures of N-550/660 with N-770.
Rubber Applications:
Rubber carcasses and side bands for pneumatic tires.
Liquid Applications: For general dyeing, good ton, easy dispersion, inks for gravure prints, carbon paper and forms.
Plastic Applications: Highly loaded masterbatches.

CARBON BLACK N-550
It’s a high structure Carbon Black, with medium particle size, high modules, medium reinforcing power, good dimensional stability, easy extrusion, good tear resistance, and relatively high resilience.
Rubber Applications:
Allow for a dynamic resistance to cracking, good fatigue resistance, good extrusion quality. Suitable for electrical cables, hoses, belts, and extruded mechanical products.

CARBON BLACK N-660
Low to Medium structure, medium to large particle size and intermediate hardness. Moderate resistance to tension and tearing. Low heat development and high resistance. It combines the properties, desired and obtained in the mixtures of N-550 with N-770.
Rubber Applications:
Tire carcasses and side bands, inner tubes, cable covers, hoses, conveyor belts, extruded products.
Liquid Applications:
For general dyeing, good ton, easy dispersion, inks for gravure prints, carbon paper and forms.
Plastic Applications:
Highly loaded masterbatches.

MICROZAN 400
Applications:
Paint: Good color depth and covering power in the manufacture of paste paints, with high friction grinding. Good cost / benefit ratio.
Plastics:
Intense color depth (blackness), Great covering power, Low residue levels.
